CANCELLATION POLICY:  Our policy is 30 day cancellation period.  You or your company must pay a deposit or the full amount on day of stay.  Your card will be used to cover your full stay as booked above, if you cancel 30 days or before we will only charge your card or you/your company for the amount we cannot resell less admin fee $30 and cleaning fee may apply of $30 per day.  We must be able to resell your entire stay in order to have your entire amount refunded less admin fee.
