It was also chosen based on the service delivered, the owner has been in business for over 20 years, we care about your stay as if you were a favorite family member. There will never be a cleaner waiting at your door demanding entry, it's just me the owner, who usually says just text when out and l will pop down and clean. Apartment Facilities: Balcony, street view, smart tv, free movies, free wireless internet, home theater sofa with 2 recliner chairs, air conditioning, heating, iron / board, please note that this room does not have a full kitchen, only a kettle, toaster, micro and a bar fridge. The only sink is in the bathroom and a tub is provided for washing dishes.
The base rate is based on 2 guests using the queen bed only. Master Bedroom has a queen bed. Second Bedroom has 2 single beds ($30 per night per bed) Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

The kitchen is open plan and with dining area with full size fridge, micro, kettle and toaster, kitchenware, full oven / stovetop. This apartment is famous for having one of the very rare all-weather balcony where guests can sunsets and drinks. Please note that the rate is based on 2 guests using the queen bed only.
