Banyan Place FAQs

• How do I get to Banyan Place?

We are located at 4 Banyan St, Warrnambool, VIC 3280, in the very front of the complex. The apartments numbered 4 and 6, as well as the garage on the very far right, are where our units are located and will be where you check in on the day.

• What are the parking options for each apartment?

Unit 4 has off street private parking, located on the right after going under the tunnel in the complex. Unit 6 has on street public parking, with a 24 hour permit located inside the unit for your convenience. Unit 6a has an inbuilt garage that leads straight into the unit

• What time is check-in at and can I check in early?

Check-in time is 2pm everyday. Your code will be sent via SMS text message to your phone on the day of check-in after the unit is cleaned and ready, this can be arranged to be sent earlier if you are coming by train or have other special needs.

• What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10am everyday. A late checkout of 11am can also be arranged if required, depending on availability and other customers. Please reach out to us if this is something you need. 

• Do you do breakfast? Where would be a good place to get breakfast?

Unfortunately we are unable to supply breakfast for our customers. However, Clovelly Restaurant is located just two doors down from Banyan Place, near the roundabout at the beginning of the street. Clovelly Restaurant does amazing breakfasts as well as lunch and dinner, and are a mere stroll away from your apartment, we cannot recommend them enough!

• Is payment taken at the time of booking?  

Full payment is required in order to hold a room. Furthermore, check in codes are unable to be issued if the payment has not been cleared. For longer stays of a month or more, payment plans can be created, please contact us if this is something you need.

• Where is reception located? How do I check into my apartment?

We do not have a reception on site. Each apartment’s key is contained in a codebox next to the entrance, the code to which is sent to you on the day of arrival. This ensures a safe and easy method of self check-in with complete privacy and no need for a stop at reception. We also send you details about how to find the apartment and where to park in the message for your convenience.

• Is Banyan Place able to hold my luggage? Can I leave my luggage before or after my stay?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold your luggage before or after your stay. However, the Warrnambool train station on Merri Street may be able to hold your luggage depending on the availability of their lockers.

• Is there any way to get a cheaper price?

Yes! Always make sure to book direct wherever you go! This means that we don’t have to pay a commission to third party websites, and then we can pass the savings right on to you!
