This apartment is upstairs and has just been fully renovated and refurbished in a fresh theme that is so central that you can leave the car and enjoy every attraction within 5 mins of your door.   Banyan Place has been featured twice on tv - chosen based on the services delivered, the owner has been in this business for over 23 years, we care about your stay as if you were family.  

Apartment Facilities: Balcony, street view, smart tv, free movies, free wireless internet, home theater sofa with 2 recliner chairs, air conditioning, heating, iron / board, please note that this room does not have a full kitchen, only a kettle, toaster, micro and a bar fridge. The only sink is in the bathroom and a tub is provided for washing dishes. 

The base rate is based on 2 guests using the queen bed only. Master Bedroom has a queen bed.  Second Bedroom has 2 single beds ($30 per night per bed) Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
