This apartment is upstairs and has just been fully renovated and refurbished in a fresh theme that is so central that you can leave the car and enjoy every attraction within 5 mins of your door. Banyan Place has been featured twice on tv, chosen by prime tv for travellers. It was also chosen based on the service delivered, the owner has been in business for over 20 years, we care about your stay as if you were a favorite family member. There will never be a cleaner waiting at your door demanding entry, it's just me the owner, who usually says just text when out and l will pop down and clean. When you book direct with us we spoil you and clean your apartment last on our schedule.
Apartment Facilities: Balcony, street view, smart tv, free movies, free wireless internet, home theater sofa with 2 recliner chairs, air conditioning, heating, iron / board, please note that this room does not have a full kitchen, only a kettle, toaster, micro and a bar fridge. The only sink is in the bathroom and a tub is provided for washing dishes.
The base rate is based on 2 guests using the queen bed only. Master Bedroom has a queen bed. Second Bedroom has 2 single beds ($30 per night per bed) Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Iron / board, washing machine / dryer, reverse heating/air-conditioning, carpeted bedroom with wardrobe, a fully renovated huge bathroom with two doors to make an ensuite or doubles as normal bathroom entry with tile floor, walk in shower and separate corner spa, hairdryer, toiletries. The kitchen is open plan and with dining area with full size fridge, micro, kettle and toaster, kitchenware, full oven / stovetop. This apartment is famous for having one of the very rare all-weather balcony where guests can sunsets and drinks. Please note that the rate is based on 2 guests using the queen bed only.
